Soliloquies

The spotlights are on twenty wall spaces by TAG artists exhibiting individual mini solo shows. Participating members were invited to choose a spot in the gallery and create a personal display of work that showcases one's creative process. Investigative approaches to established ways of working may be seen in many new works. Paintings, ceramics, monotypes, collage, and large canvases are all on view. Soliloquies are the artists’ visual reflections providing a wide range of subjects and styles to explore from expressive organic works to realist landscapes!

Winter Works

Tivoli Artists Gallery’s first show for 2022, WINTER WORKS, opens on Friday, January 14, and continues through February 6, with an opening reception on Saturday, January 15, from 4-6 pm weather permitting. This theme invited TAG member /artists to reflect on process, practice and new work with regard to the specificity of a season. Wide-ranging visual responses have emerged, including referencing the magic dark/light of the Solstice, embracing the narrative of a cold season landscape, choosing renewal as a new calendar year begins, or diving inward for an intuitive rendering of a spiritual connection to nature.
