I am Polish. Have lived in Red Hook NY for 50 years. I used to paint ceramics. I also made dolls. Now I work in acrylic on paper or panels and in mixed media.

As I looked at the images I scanned I realized that everything I paint is related to events in my life that took hold of my imagination. Trance dance at High Valley in 2001, BabaYagas, as my friends and I embody them, or play "Carnival of Dreams" written and directed in our barn by Cait Johnson.
